My brother, my sister, I greet you all and pray in Jesus’ name that this meditation finds you counting your blessings rather than your troubles!
Today, let’s take a few minutes to meditate on God’s Word: we know that true success is the result of the habits we develop over time. When we look at the lives of successful people, what stands out the most is that they all have certain habits that they incorporate into their daily routine.
Today, I want to invite you to examine your daily routine. What is your daily routine? Does it set you up for success or just for surviving the day? Remember that your morning routine and our daily habits can either break or make you! That is the reason why we must ensure to set achievable goals for each day not wander around life aimlessly!
Yes, it’s important for a Christian to walk with goals or even to have dreams, as long as they are in line with God’s plans and purposes for your life. When our goals are in tune with God’s plans and we ask for His help, we can and will succeed because the Lord has made us a promise: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7).
Besides, today’s passage says: “Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.” So, in whatever you do, “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” (Psalm 37:4). So, determine to reset your daily routine or to improve it from today.
Therefore, let’s ask the Lord for help:
Heavenly Father, I humbly come before you, laying my goals and plans before you. Lord, bless my plans for this day. If they are not of you, reveal it to me, Lord. Direct my feet, my mind, my heart so that all I do, will be according to your will. Lord, guide me daily, that I may focus my time on achieving the goals you have set out for me. Strengthen and prepare me daily to conquer the enemy and reach for my goals. Help me to make the very best use of my time, because these days are evil. Bless me with wisdom and time management. May I make the most of each and every hour. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
Stay blessed in Jesus name.
