The Bible embodies the Word of God, and the Word of God has all we need to walk in life, including secrets to prosper, to heal, to become what God has planned we should become. My brother, my sister, if you live your life following God’s principles, there is no way your life can move backward… it has to move forward, from glory to glory and in keeping with God’s purpose for you. Here, we see that for the Israelites, the best way to prosper was keeping their part of the covenant, which was to love God with all their heart, soul and strength (Deuteronomy 6:4-5). You see, the Word of God is telling them this: “Carefully follow the terms of this covenant, so that you may prosper in everything you do”… What does this means for us today? We are given promises of prosperity and blessings by the Lord, but FIRST OF ALL He is asking us to seek the Kingdom of God and righteousness: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33). So, my friend, why do you strive to get things that the Lord has already set apart for you? True success in life will follow as a blessing from the hand of God when you truly serve Him, when you truly seek His Kingdom and righteousness, when you truly are His. Yes, ALL THESE THINGS (love, money, healing, housing, papers, children, marriage, etc…) WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU, because they are all part of prosperity. God’s prosperity is not only material or physical, it is also spiritual. Determine to focus on the Lord now or renew your covenant with Him in seeking His Kingdom wholeheartedly, and see what happens to your life, for He is a living God, a loving God who is faithful and keeps His promises.
